It`s a pink pencil that you can use in the coner of your eyes or underneath your eyes. It has a bit of shimmer but doesn`t show allot,
you can use it has an highlighter mainly to give you a nice glow to the eyes.
Make you eyes look wide waake you draw it on underneath your eyes then blend it into the eyes.
It really brightens the eyes and gives a nice glow.
