Hoola Bronzer is a soft tan powder that lays on the skin most natural.
It`s a matt finish and gives a nice glow to the skin you can use it all year round.
It comes in a box package with a brush that you can use.
It`s a pretty box and the packaging is great i`ve been using this with nars sheer glow foundation and it works well.
